MDRecords Terms of Service

Welcome to MDRecords! These Terms of Use and Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MDRecords web application ("Service"). By using MDRecords, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using MDRecords, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

   2.1 Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use MDRecords. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

   2.2 Account Registration

   To access certain features of MDRecords, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity occurring under your account.

   2.3 Proper Use

   You agree to use MDRecords in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any data, information, or content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

   MDRecords and all its associated trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Chinet Creative IT Solutions. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on MDRecords without our prior written consent.

5. Security

   We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data and maintain the confidentiality of your information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge and agree that you provide your information at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chinet Creative IT Solutions or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to use MDRecords.

7. Modifications to the Service

   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of MDRecords at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without liability or notice.

8. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your access to MDRecords at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Act of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MDRecords shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Republic Act of the Philippines.

10. Miscellaneous

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chinet Creative IT Solutions regarding your use of MDRecords. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
